It provides sulfur components for sulfur-tin stabilizers of PVC, styrene-butadiene rubber, nitrile butadiene rubber and synthetic resins, and acts as a molecular weight regulator for acrylic emulsion polymers. It also functions as stabilizer and antioxidant for PVC, PE and PP, as well as UV absorber for neoprene, modified oil and polyurethane foam plastics.
