PHMB Polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride is an environmentally friendly multi-purpose new
cationic polymer, easily soluble in water solution, colorless and odorless, broad-spectrum high efficiency,
low toxicity, good stability, non-flammable and non-explosive. It is hardly corrosive to metals such as
stainless steel, copper, carbon steel, to wood, and plastic. It belongs to a new generation of
broad-spectrum sterilizers. Due to the special bactericidal mechanism of polyhexamethylene biguanide,
all kinds of bacteria will not develop resistance to it. Polyhexamethylene biguanide itself is a high
molecular polymer, which is not easy to be absorbed by tissues, has no corrosive effect, good stability,
and is easy to rinse.

APPLICATION
PHMB is often used in formulas with other water treatment chemicals. The specific formula and
usage and dosage should be determined according to the on-site water quality and equipment
conditions and the experimental results. When used alone as a disinfectant, the recommended
concentration is 100~500mg/L. When used in textile printing and dyeing, animal husbandry,
aquaculture and other industries, the usage and dosage should be determined according to the
process method and experiment.

 

CAUTION
The product is a cationic fungicide and cannot be used in combination with anionic fungicide or auxiliaries. It should be stored separately from oxidants, easy (combustible) materials, etc.,
